Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes — 14 days free on Pro and Premium. No credit card required to start the trial. You'll be prompted at the end of the trial period.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, cancel any time from your billing settings with no cancellation fee. Your data stays in your account for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to export.
What happens to my data if I downgrade to Free?
Your history is retained. You'll lose access to Pro features (multi-source sync, the Verdict, OCR ingestion) but your logged data doesn't disappear. Upgrade again any time to restore access.
Is there an annual plan discount?
Pro annual is $179/year (vs $239.88 billed monthly — save ~25%). Premium annual is ~$399/year. Annual plans are paid upfront and non-refundable after the first 14 days.
