Connect your sources once

  • Link Whoop via OAuth — your recovery, HRV, sleep performance, and strain flow in automatically.

  • Connect your smart scale (Withings native, or export Apple Health XML) and your weight logs from day one.

  • Authorize MyFitnessPal via our integration and your daily nutrition data — calories, protein, macros — comes through.

  • Upload InBody screenshots or PDFs. Our vision OCR extracts every field: body fat %, lean mass, skeletal muscle, visceral fat, BMR, segmental data. One upload, permanent trend.

  • Upload lab PDFs the same way. Each biomarker becomes a data point; off-range values are flagged for educational review (always: discuss with your provider).

Log your protocol

  • Add each compound: the name, dose, route, and the date you started. That date is everything.

  • When you start, adjust, or stop — update the log. Protocolens marks each change on the timeline.

  • This is what makes the Overlay possible: your protocol's events become vertical markers on your data trend. The space between 'before the marker' and 'after' is where insight lives.

The Overlay: a vertical "started X" line dropped over your recovery, weight, or HRV trend. Not someone else's anecdote — your data, on you.

Set your goal

  • Choose your current focus: Cut (lose fat, preserve muscle), Recomp (lose fat and gain muscle simultaneously), Recovery (optimize sleep and HRV), Longevity, Performance, or Maintain.

  • Enter your targets — goal weight, body fat %, lean mass, or recovery baseline.

  • The dashboard recalibrates around your goal. The Goal-Gap shows where you are versus where you should be, updated daily.

  • When you hit a goal or change course, reset it. The dashboard follows you through every phase.

A generic dashboard shows everyone the same numbers. Protocolens knows where you're going.

Read the Verdict

  • The Verdict is a plain-language read updated as your data comes in: Working, Mixed signal, or Off-track.

  • It is observational and non-diagnostic. It does not tell you to start, stop, or dose anything. It shows you what your own data shows.

  • Behind the Verdict: the Goal-Gap (are you on pace?), the Overlay (did anything shift after you started?), and trend direction across all your connected sources.

  • The Insights panel surfaces specific findings: "Your HRV is up 11 ms over 30 days, in the window after starting X." You see the number, the context, and a link to the data. You decide what to do with it.

Working means your data is moving the right direction for your goal. Not that any substance caused it. We show — you judge.

Build your history

  • Every day you use Protocolens, your personal data history deepens. The longer your trend, the more your Verdict means.

  • Add a new protocol, reset a goal, upload another scan — the timeline grows. Cutting → recomp → longevity: the dashboard follows you through every phase of your journey.

  • Your data is yours. Export it any time. Delete it any time. It does not leave your account for advertising purposes — ever.

Understanding the Verdict

Working

Your metrics are moving the right direction for your goal, and you're on pace or ahead. Your protocol timeline aligns with the positive trend.

Mixed signal

Some metrics are moving in the right direction, others aren't — or the trend is too short to call clearly. More data will sharpen the picture.

Off-track

Your metrics are moving away from your goal, or you're falling behind pace. The Insights panel shows which specific data is flagged.

Important: The Verdict is observational and non-diagnostic. It reflects patterns in your personal data — not a medical determination, a clinical study result, or a guarantee of any outcome. The Verdict requires a minimum of 7 days of data and at least one active goal to generate. "Insufficient data" states are shown with a progress indicator.

Your health data is yours

Protocolens is built on a hard rule: your health data belongs to you, not to us, not to advertisers, not to anyone. Row Level Security enforces that every query is scoped to your account. Medical documents are stored in private, signed-URL-only storage buckets. The authenticated app has zero third-party pixels — ads and affiliate links live on the public content site, completely separated at the architecture level.

Frequently asked questions

Is Protocolens giving me medical advice?

No. Protocolens is an educational and personal data-tracking platform. The Verdict, Insights, and all content are observational and non-diagnostic — they describe what your data shows, not what you should do medically. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any health protocol.

Does Protocolens store my Whoop data permanently?

We live-fetch Whoop data and store only derived insights and aggregated metrics — consistent with Whoop's API Terms of Service, which prohibit permanent storage of raw WHOOP data. Your Whoop history in Protocolens reflects what we can access at sync time.

Who can see my health data?

Only you. Supabase Row Level Security enforces that every query is scoped to your account. Your data is encrypted at rest (AES-256), in transit (TLS), and never shared with advertisers or third parties. The app has zero ad pixels — monetization happens entirely on the public content site.

What peptides can I track?

Any compound you want to log — Protocolens is a personal tracking tool, not a recommendation engine. We surface FDA and WADA status on every compound in our encyclopedia so you can make informed decisions with your healthcare provider. We do not sell peptides, recommend doses, or facilitate self-prescribing.

How accurate is the InBody / lab OCR?

Very accurate for standardized InBody printouts (consistent layout). Lab PDFs vary in format; our OCR validates extraction confidence and flags rows that need review before they enter your trend. Unusual formats may require manual entry.

What if I don't own a Whoop or scale?

You can still use Protocolens. Start with what you have — even a manual weight log and a peptide log are enough to get a partial Verdict. The free tier lets you connect one source and log your protocol. Pro unlocks everything when you're ready.
